A 50 mW single-frequency CW DFB laser in a 14-pin butterfly package, with polarization-maintaining fiber and an FC/APC connector. Select one nominal wavelength: 1270, 1290, 1310 or 1330 nm. Integrated TEC, thermistor, monitor photodiode and optical isolator support fiber-optic testing and measurement.

The CA-DY700X-EX is a directly modulated DFB laser for RF-over-fiber links from 10 MHz to 18 GHz. It is offered in 1310 nm and 1550 nm configurations with an integrated optical isolator. Applications include antenna remoting, telemetry, timing and reference-signal distribution, and optical delay lines.

The CA-S7500-96 is a C-band tunable butterfly laser covering 96 channels at 50 GHz spacing, with adjustable 9–13 dBm output. An integrated InP tunable laser and semiconductor optical amplifier enable electronic wavelength selection and dark tuning. The package includes an optical isolator, wavelength locker and polarization-maintaining fiber pigtail.
